Returns & Exchanges

At Wulf Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our quality control facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
